German handball has never lacked good goalkeepers. Johannes “Jogi” Bitter is the one who joins the group of exceptional German goalkeepers. Given his height (2.02 m) he doesn’t fit into the goal, but on the other hand he can show great parades. Bitter, who has two children, is studying sports management and has been playing for HSV Hamburg since 2007.
