Sorhaindo is considered as the legitimate successor of Bertrand Gille. As Gille was injured, Sorhaindo had the opportunity to play for the national team during the last years and won the World and also the European Championship. The pivot, who is 1.92 meter tall, learned to play handball in Martinique. He then transferred to Angers, to Paris and finally to Toulouse.
