Wide Ranging ROCAS

During the Eighth Final match Spain against Serbia showed very variable and efficient performance right wing Spain attacker Albert ROCAS (born 1983, 188 cm, FC Barcelona). He achieved seven goals from seven attempts: 1 time 7 meter throw, 3 times fast break but most interesting were 3 goals by built up attack. We presented those three situations on three video clips. 

Clip 1: 24th goal of ESP. Rocas is moving with the ball in the pivot position and gives pass to CB. In the left pivot position is the already RB Maqueda (5) while factual pivot Aguinagalde (13) is situated nearly in RW. During the exchange of the ball between two back court attackers is Rocas moving in RW and use the screen by Aguinalgalde and pass from Garcia (26) to score.

Clip 2: 25th goal of Spain. Players are in traditional basic position of attack system with one pivot. Cross between LB and CB and long pass to Rocas who has starting position in right corner.

 

 

Clip 3: 29th goal of Spain. Throw in from left corner to right back. From him receive the ball Rocas and shots over the defender
