Technical Delegates Course in Doha has been successfully finished
The Technical Delegates Course, organized by the Qatar Handball Association (QHA) in cooperation with the IHF, taking place in Doha has been successfully finished. During the last few days, 30 participants from Africa, the Far East and Arabic regions used the opportunity to keep themselves up-to-date with the latest developments concerning handball, especially with the current amendments to the Rules of the Game. The course was conducted by Manfred Prause (GER), President of the Playing Rules and Referees Commission (PRC), and Commission member Roland Bürgi (SUI). In addition to lectures, the exchange of experiences and the presentation of innovations, the course lasting several days also included practical exercises by means of up-to-date communication media. In this way, the participants had the chance to simulate the functions of a technical delegate during the matches of the Super Globe, which took place at the same time. At the end of the event, all participants were awarded a certificate by IHF President Dr Hassan Moustafa.
