Following the Canadian women booking their ticket to the 2019 Pan American Games late last month, the very final spot for the handball competition at the multi-sport event in Lima, Peru was booked by Chile’s men on Saturday (13 April) in front of a crowd of over 2,000 people at the Polideportivo Estadio Nacional in Santiago, Chile.

The ‘2019 Last Chance Tournament’ saw a play-off between Chile and Colombia across two games. Matches were free to enter with a live stream provided by the Chilean Handball Federation for fans across the world to watch the dramatic action unfold.
