The International Handball Federation and the whole handball family mourn the death of Sargis Grigoryan, President of the Armenian Handball Federation, who died at the age of 64.

Grigoryan, who played for the national team of Armenia and won several national championships, has been held in high esteem in the handball world and with him, we lost a great figure of Armenian handball.

On behalf of the International Handball Federation, IHF President Dr Hassan Moustafa would like to convey his deepest condolences to Grigoryan’s family and friends and the Armenian Handball Federation in this difficult time.
