The course was held by Dr Serdar Eler, coach and former Turkish national team player who was just recently added to the pool of IHF lecturers. In Dhaka, he educated the level 1 and level 2 participants in theory and practice amongst others about the techniques and tactics in offence and defence, goalkeeper techniques and fast breaks.
