35th CAHB Men’s and Women’s
African Club Cup Winners Championship

men’s, and eight women’s teams have travelled to Oujda, Morocco ahead of the 35th
CAHB Men’s and Women’s African Club Cup Winners Championship which will be held
in the north African country from 5-14 April.
The
championship brings together the winners of the various cups in each African
country. The Preliminary Group games will take place from 5-9 April. These will
be followed by the quarter-finals on 11 April, ahead of the semi-finals on 12
April, placement matches on 13 April and medal matches the following day (14
April).

Super Cup
The
festival of African handball takes place over 10 days, preceded by the
traditional Super Cup which sees the winners of the CAHB African Men’s and
Women’s Champions Leagues and the previous winners of the CAHB Men’s and
Women’s African Club Cup Winners Champions taking each other on.
The
26th edition of the Super Cup is extra special this year as for the first time
it will see the winners of the women’s competition qualify directly through to
the IHF Women’s Super Globe, to be held in China in August.
