On Monday, 13 August 2007, the XVI Men's Junior World Championship gets underway in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macdonia. Until 26 August, twenty teams from four continents will be participating in this prestigious competition.

 

An opening ceremony will be held on Monday at 7:45pm at the Hall Biljanini Izvori in Ohrid, where representatives of the International Handball Federation, including IHF President Dr Hassan Moustafa, as well as representatives of the local Organiser will officially open the 2007 Men's Junior World Championship.
