From 11 to
29 January 2017 all eyes will be on France, host of the 2017 Men’s World
Championship. The world’s best teams, among them reigning European, World and
Olympic Champions France, compete in Paris, Rouen, Nantes, Metz, Lille,
Albertville, Montpellier and Brest to claim the gold medal in the end. For the
host this is a great opportunity to show the world that they can fascinate
handball fans from all continents.
The
preparations are well underway and it is clear that France will do everything
they can to make this event a great experience for everybody.
The
official match schedule has already been released and for the first time, the
match for third place will take place one day before the final, at prime time,
so that also the teams fighting for the bronze medal get the attention they
deserve.
