Venue
The event area is located in the West Coast of Mauritius, called Flic-en-Flac. Flic-en-Flac is a seaside village on the western part of the island of Mauritius in the district of Rivière Noire about 48 km, 1 hour far from the Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport. Its public white sandy beach is one of the longest and nicest on the island. Its lagoon is protected by the surrounding coral reefs. The beach provides spectacular views over the Indian Ocean horizon and of Le Morne Brabant Peninsula located in the south west of Mauritius.
ACCOMMODATION AND CATERING
The accommodation for the teams will be provided in residential complexes, in apartments with the following types of rooms:
· Athletes: Double Room
· Team officials: Single room
All residences are in a maximum of 5 minutes distance from the playing venue by bus. For the entire event a dedicated bus will be provided for each team. The buses will be provide service for the teams for the transfers between the residences and competition venue and residences and catering center.
Three (3) meals will be provided on each full day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in the Catering Center, specially create for the event. The service times of the Catering Center is as follows:
· Breakfast 06:30 – 10:00
· Lunch 12:00 – 15:00
· Dinner 19:00 – 22:00
The snack planned during the afternoons of the playing days will be made available where the teams are accommodated from 15:00 to 16:30.
